Here’s a nice shot taken by a freind, Will Reipl, this weekend at the Northwest Biplane fly-in.
A dozen wartime Stearmans were there along with a rare prewar Stearman Senior Speedmail mailplane (the forth Stearman ever built, a C2C Cn 104, is under restoration on the field) as well as a cabin Waco and a dozen or more homebuilt Pitts and Skybolts.
Somehow, this guy snuck in….
It’s an ex-Spanish T-6G 49-3038A. It’s owned by a good friend and I was wondering if any of you had any photos or details of its Spanish service.
