57 OTU crest?

Hi all

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone know what the 57 OTU unit crest looked like? Any help gratefully received.

Hi Simon,
As far as I know there is none. I’m sure I read that somewhere. There are certainly none in the two Bruce Robertson books and I don’t think that there was one in St Clement Danes church. Somebody else may know something different though.
