Ebay again!

This Shack rocker cover is currently on eBay.

I did point out to the seller what it was and that it will not clear the cowlings on a Spit, but he quite genuinely wants to trust what the RAF engineer who he acquired it from told him, which is fine, but I wouldn`t want anyone on here to be mislead, as so often happens on eBay 😡

On the subject of Griffons, anyone have an idea how much that clutch of 8 or so Griffon 58’s which were crated and bagged were sold for each recently?

Were they zero timed, new or just used?

All were overhauled except for one which had a deficiency ticket or a fault listed, I seem to recall it may have overheated?
The rest went for around the £7000 mark, quite a lot I thought!
Don`t know who had them, I think they went abroad but Keith Smith acquired the one with hours on it.
