Project propeller

Hi all
I don’t know if this is the right place to post this, but here goes anyway!
Today Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire, hosted the 2007 Project Propeller meet. It was the first time we have had anything to do with this “project”, and our humble contribution was to just open up a few aircraft for the guys.
It was without doubt one of the best days I have ever spent around our aircraft, we met so many wonderfull people today, who are an inspiration to us all. Within one small group I met, there was an ex 1940 Spitfire pilot, a coastal command Sunderland pilot and a Lancaster pilot. They were all to a man inspirational, and I would just like to say that we are proud to have had the oppertunity to meet you guys.
Another gent I talked to was so matter of fact about flying into jungle clearings in Burma with 3 tons of equipment in the back of his Horsa glider, when I asked him how they ever hopped to get back afterwards, he just told me it was a job that had to be done!
To all of you, thanks for what you did for us all so many years ago, and for comming to see us at Bruntingthorpe today, and we sincerly hope we meet you all again one day.
Our very best wishes,
Ritch, Max and the guys,
