Aicraft Clock

Hello all, just a quick question for you guys and gals out there. A mate of mine has an analogue clock that I know came out of an F4J many moons ago. It has on the back VT-21 US NAVY. This was a training unit? What aircraft would they use that could have the same instuments as the F4? and …is it worth any thing…..?

If it is the Waltham clock, with the stopwatch button in the top corner , and an electrical socket for lighting in the back, it is an F4 Phantom clock, it’s a pretty standard US issue clock, used in most aircraft of that era.

Few years ago they were rare and worth £200 ish, as the RAF decided to destroy theirs, now with the advent of ebay you see them in the States for about £70ish, have a look on ebay.com for some as a guideline, it is a while since I looked at any !
