I was working at Laarbruch on 31 Sqdn at the time as an electrician.
I do remember an incident where the pilot claimed the rudder trim was not working during an asymmetric engine situation.
Testing the trim immediately after the landing, with the pilot and Sqdn CO in attendance proved it to be fully functional.
It may be that your photo does not relate to this particular incident.
The photo would help to jog the gray matter a bit!
