This brought back happy memories of a kind letter of thanks from GpCapt Strudwick following my aerobatic display at Leuchars during their Battle of Britain Air Show in 1965. This was in the “Archbishop” Super Tiger G-ANZZ operated by the Tiger Club, after a long transit from Redhill via Sywell, Doncaster and Sunderland. He was more than generous in his praise. The letter is in my scrapbook.
