Wanted Percival Prentice scale drawings

A rather off beat request but Im looking for a set of Perciaval Prentice scale drawings (ideally 1/72nd) and wondered if anybody could point me in the right direction. Have been all over the www with no joy.

Many thanks in advance PP

Just gone back and read some of the text on that scan. I quote:

“powered by a DH Gypsy Queen engine, similar to that that powered the much lighter Tiger Moth.”

Would be interesting to see a Tiger with a Gipsy Queen in it – it’d rip the wings off I should think 😀

Cheers for the leads chaps, especially Roger for the kind offer.

The link that CSheppardholedi gave has the Aviation News plans scanned and provides anough info for what I require.

Once again many thanks 😀

Here is a link to 3-view drawings of the Printice, looks like someones scan out of probably one of the afore mentioned articles. They aren’t great but are a start.

I have the plans that were issued in a later volume of Aircraft of the Fighting Powers. Can always photocopy and post off to you.

“Aviation News” Vol 6. Number 23 (14-27 April, 1978) and in a “Control Column” of 1973 (don’t know which issue). Both are to 1/72nd scale.

I have a copy of both in my Prentice file if you are in a hurry and want to borrow them.

Roger Smith.
