Hi all, Had problems posting some photos. Story regarding the memorial is as follows:-

Royal New Zealand Air Force pilot Carlisle Everiss’s Spitfire was seen in difficulty over the small village of Cowie (near Stirling). Rather than have his aircraft crash into a row of miners cottages Carlisle somehow managed to lift his Spifire up and moments later went into a tailspin and crashed into railway sidings at Cowie Colliery. The memorial was unveiled on Saturday 19 May 2007.

Woops, good job i wasn’t look at anything related in anyway to …….. ships *looks around rather shiftily* :diablo:

a good free one to reduce the size of photos, is “shrink pic” google it. it reduces the size of photos automatically as it runs as a system process, you jsut get a little popup notification that it has just resized a picture 😀

Hey Ben,

Not forgetting to reduce the the file size of your pictures first!!, the file size limit for jpegs is 300kb.

Reduce the size of your pics to about 750 wide by 350 tall using adobe PS or simmilar programme and when you save them got to file>save for web and this should further compress them to acheive a small file size.

Nashio966 carefull when you post screenshots as you can clearly see what you are looking at in the tabbed browsing:D .

just posted a picture with this post, i think you will find it pretty much self explanatory. the firs picture is the standard “reply” screen and the second is a maximised view of the “attach file” screen

sequence goes as follows

paperclip icon -> browse -> search computer for the file(s) that you want then click upload

hope this helps 🙂
