Royal Air Force Holmpton

As I was staying in Withernsea over the weekend and it being my birthday on sunday, my girlfriend could not complain (as much as usuall:rolleyes: ). So I took the afternoon tour of RAF Holmpton bunker. I took a few pics but there on film so may take a while. I just want to recomend the museum to any one who may be in the area. The guide was excellent, with endless information and history.
While down there (almost 100ft) I could not help thinking of the urban explores mentioned recently on the forum. This bunker had excellent lighting, air filtration, was safe in every way. Why try get into some where like this iliegaly. why not go here and actually learn some thing.

A little information taken from the web site. Please take a look, it has a lot of history and information for other bunker tours around the country –
