Hi all,
Wondering if anybody out there can help me.
I am looking for a picture of Peter Anthony Burnell Phillips (DFC), who was killed on 9/2/1941.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks all.

I am affraid that none of the Polish Air Force pilots was killed on 9th February 1941. There is not such a loss among Polish personnel.

Robert,
Many thanks for the pic.
Info I have is that Peter Phillips’s Hurricane was seen flying with 2 other aircraft with smoke coming from the engine.
I have a pic of the crash, do you want me to scan it on to you?.
Have been told about the book you mentioned but I believe it is out of print.
Many thanks,
Kenny Walker.

Hi Drem,
This one from ‘Men Of The Battle of Britain’. Thought I had another but I haven’t. Killed in your part of the world, at Haddington. One source said he was on his own another said two Polish pilots killed with him: which one’s right?
Best Wishes.
Robert.
