Great shot – I love seeing night-time shots like this. I seem to recall one of a Mosquito FB.VI (I think) having its guns tested at night – bet that would be some sight to see!!

I’ve got a book entitled P-40 Warhawk in the Warbird Series written by Frederick A. Johnsen that has that exact picture in it I think….
Needless to say it’s one of my favorite pictures of the P-40.
Since the P-40 is my favorite World War II airplane, I love to see this kinda stuff.

Interesting how you can see that the middle gun on the right side is shooting too low. Nice photo.
