Hi all.
came across these the other day, they look like bomb sequencing units – marked 5D/656 and have AV Roe serviceability tags with them – the last inspection date I can find is 1958 which leads me to suspect Shack over Lanc – anyone any ideas and are they of use to anyone?

Hi Elliott – yes but they’re not mine – there is a lot of electrical gubbins in the pile (at which point I glaze over 🙂 ) but this is the most readily identifiable item
PM me!

Hi Ben
I still need one of these for the Whitley – do you still have any spare?
Cheers

Used in Lincolns too, as far as date, the RCAF Maritime Air Command used their Lancasters until 1964 necessitating the need for these WW2 parts, cheers.

Thanks guys – I noted the early type AM crown and thought it might be wartime, but wasnt sure – could have been generic fit from Lanc to Shack i suppose, though i must own to not having seen one before-
Any good to anyone? If not will be ebay bound!

24 volts, so late war
Used in the Lancaster (figures) and the Halifax. Standard bomber issue?
