What aircraft is WM234?

Could anyone tell me what aircraft WM234 was and if it still exists?

May I suggest contacting the current owners/restorers of WM224 instead?

They are bringing this complete TT.20 meteor up to full display standard and would probably bite your arm off for these!

They can be found at the East Midlands Aero park. Just google for their website, or post a question for their contact details on this forum.

Thanks for that. I have some wing fairings from the Meteor. I wonder if the owner would want them back?

From what I can see it was a Meteor and parts of it still exist.

Have a look on http://www.airliners.net and do a search for WM234.

It shows the nose wheel section was swapped onto another aircraft.

If you ever want to know about a serial number generally google is a good place to so a search. If you put in “aircraft” and the “WM234” the search is pretty good. Occasionally the serial information can be wrong so it is still worth a check on here to see if the info is correct.

Meteor TT20

The nose is at Lasham, inorporated into a composite aircraft.
