I am trying to organise a coach trip to East Kirkby for our local RAFA Assc. Having sold them on the idea of watching a night time engine run, I now find none listed for this coming year:eek:. all the times seem to be 11:30 and 13:30 ,except for the Fireworks display night, that is yet to be announced.
Has anyone else heard that the evening or night runs have been stopped?. I for one hope not, for they were an absolute joy to see, and the basis for organising a coach trip for RAFA members to start with.

Having fired up the evocative thought of seeing a Lancaster run it’s engines in the moonlight, I was dreading letting them down.
Just emailed East Kirkby asking for any dates they can give out:)
