Curtiss Electric Propeller Help

We are restoring a 4-bladed Curtiss Electric prop and are looking for some help on identifying what type of aircraft it was used on. The prop is 12′ 6″ in diameter. We don’t have a prop type, but have the following information from the blades-

Any information on this type of prop is greatly appreciated and will be noted on the plaque we will place next to the item in our Spirit of Flight Center. http://www.spiritofflight.com for more information on the facility. BTW, we are also restoring a Wright R-1820 to go along with the prop.
