Hurricane PZ865 in 111 Sq. BoB markings

Looking for pics of BBMF Hurri PZ865 when she wore 111 Squadron BoB markings with code JU-Q and black/white split undersides. Anybody have any they wish to post, or know of a source for some? Thanks in advance, Chad Veich.

what i’m looking for…

I have photos of the left, top and bottom of PZ865 in 111 Squadron markings as JU-Q, however I need a good photo of the RIGHT side to show the markings and camo scheme. The timeframe is around 1980 – 1982.

I would be most thankful for b/w or colour photos and happy to pay costs.

Thanks very much.

What year was that Chad?

Don’t know for sure how long the markings were carried but it apparently displayed at Mildenhall in 1981 as JU-Q.

From memory I’m pretty sure that was around the late 70’s early 80’s. I think PZ865 retained the black/white undersides after it’s Bob Tuck years as DT-A. I remember PZ865 definately had black/white undersides when displayed at the RAF Northolt families day in Sept 1980. I did have a photo of me sitting on the wing of her taken on that day, and remember the black/white undersides, and it wasn’t the DT-A scheme, so I guess it was as JU-Q.
