Some question about the Avro Lancastrian.

Hello,
I’m new in the Forum.
I’m a modeller and I began to convert a 1/72 Lancaster to make a Lancastrian 3.
I began to cut the fuselage of the kit and I will scratchbuild the interior of the passengers cabin.
So the question is: which colour was used for the 13 passengers cabin of the Lancastrian 3?
I have a little b/w photo and I’m sure that the seats are dark brown and white but it isn’t possible to understand the colour of the walls, of the pavement, and of the internal of the door (darker than the interior).
My model will be finished in Alitalia colours (ex BEA aircraft) but I think that the colour of the interior was the same of all the Lancastrians buildt.
Another question about the 2^ pilot.
The 2^ pilot seat was the same of the engineer seat of the Lancaster?
Can you confirm that the 2^ pilot didn’t have the pedal-key but only a second control-stick?
