The BOAC Concorde aircraft has been moved from the barge & is now on display outside the AVIATOR SPORTS COMPLEX at Historic Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn NYC. FBF is part of the National Gateway Park System & is open to the public for tours & info can be obtained at the Park Ranger office at the Ryan Center off of Flatbush ave. some more aviation history is just across the field at the big hangar B which houses some classic prop aircraft on static display by the HARPS organization & this is also the home base of Operations for the BAHF aircraft & their big prop classics, the Boeing C97/377 STRAT & the Douglas C54/DC4 Skymaster Berlin Airlift winter maintenance & Inspection is in progress at this time & work on the C97 project is ongoing. Check at the Ryan Center office for viewing availability & registration by the Park Rangers. A great place to visit when in the NYC & Brooklyn area. Not to far of a ride from JFK airport. Enjoy! JR
