If its connected to Skylark Aviation this may be of use to you. Why not ask Prestick Flying Club. Although I do not knw Steve Maric personally he is known name in aviation circles in Scotland and has built, re-build PFA aircraft.
Skylark Aviation Ltd. is owned and run by Les Verth, Stewart Houston, Steve Maric and Roger Duerden. The company operates under the aegis of Prestwick Flying Club, and offers a range of pilot training, trial lessons and aircraft hire. The company’s deHavilland Chipmunk, G-AORW, is a regular sight at Prestwick International Airport, as well as other airfields in Scotland and further afield.

I’ve seen the Chipmunk shown on the Skylark home page parked up on Apron Echo at Prestwick when I’ve been there over the summer. I enquired about it at the Flight Centre Desk as I wanted to take a closer look and some photos but the lady at the desk said it wasn’t one of theirs.

Sorry but I have to ask the obvious……
Why are you so desperate to find out????
Ken & Mark V,
Sorry i thought it might be obvious, as i’ve paid for a CD but wonder if it will appear. But as someone said on another forum… they don’t appear to state anywhere that they are actually authorised to reproduce these pilot’s notes themselves!
They (quote)… ” look gravely on any unauthorised reproduction of these CD’s”
The ‘legal agreement’ on the T&Cs page is laughable, again as they “In general we will not accept any returns” thus breaking consumer law.
So in summary, has anybody ever dealt with this Mr Hunter Mercer and his ‘company’, and if so, how did they find the whole experience please ?
🙁

I don’t know anything about them but I’m not especially impressed with the way they’ve scanned the pages with photographs.
Looking through their site all the scanned photos exhibit bad Moire patterns because they haven’t been de-screened while scanning. That means that the photos have a horrible criss-cross interference pattern on them which ruins the photo – see here for an example.
Shame really, I would have bought something from them otherwise.

Well, a whois check shows that the site is registered to a “Hunter Mercer”, and that they have set the site up as a “non-trading individual”, despite selling a product via the site.
No google results for a company or organisation of that name.
Why do you ask?
Edited to add: the website states something about Scottish law applying to transactions, and interestingly enough, the only site linking to pilot-notes.co.uk is http://www.skylarkaviation.co.uk – who are based in Scotland and are also hosted by www.names.co.uk. They may be the people you’re looking for, or they may not.
