how do I include images

Hi

is simple terms please, how do I include images or thumbnails in posts?

Scroll down to ‘Attach Images’

Click – this opens a pop up window. If that’s blocked by your browser, it won’t. If that happens, turn off the pop-up blocker. Otherwise follow the instructions. The images will need to be reduced in file size so they’ll be usable, and width is best at less than about 700 pixels.

The other route is to open a free web based picture hosting membership – I use photobucket – and follow the instructions.
