Luftwaffe fuselage code

I’ve recently bought a Junghans borduhr cockpit clock, on the rear is scratched either 5E+HP or SE+HP. I can’t tie this code to a unit – unless I’ve missed somthing blindingly obvious – so I wondered if this relates to a manufacturers delivery code. If so does anyone know which one ? or where to look.
