The important point is that the Pilot’s Ok, the Jungmann can be fixed.

It would have been nice if the BBC had asked before they stole a photo marked all rights reserved and cropped the copyright off it. It would have been even better if they’d chosen any of the better photos of the Jungmann from the same Flickr account.

Rob, file a complaint against them, I had similar when one of my photos was lifted off PPrune and made its way into The Sun newspaper, PPrunes lawyers took it up resulting in money coming our way which I split with PPrune, was a couple of hundred quid better off for it personally. It is copyright theft plain and simple and make a point of it in your complaint, in fact to have cropped of the copyright without your permission is also I think illegal?
