Yes, Firefly would be another use for them. They were fitted to quite a number of different aircraft.

Aircraft Seat Identity
Our group has the same seat as featured on ebay and was identified as being from a Firefly on this forum about 2 years ago. The picture as shown is identical to our seat, others may have a different opinion you would have to compare the part and serial numbers that would be stamped into it.

Aforementioned seat passed through my care earlier this year; might be piston provost or firefly, or even vampire, but unfortunately ,not Spitfire.

The ebay one is a standard AS type seat – as fitted to many types of aircraft, some wartime, but predominantly postwar. Vampire, Meteor, Prentice are typical examples. Buy It Now price is a bit steep IMHO

I think if you search for ‘Aircraft seat’ in ww11, it should come up, ‘Komet/Lubek’ weren’t included in the item description, but were visible in a photograph of the seat

On the subject of seats, there is another one on Ebay,German, metal frame been reupholstered, has label added to frame which mentions ‘Lubek’ (i think) and ‘Komet?’ might be interesting but to me doesnt look like the type of seat from an early jet fighter.
Searching “Komet” on eBay.De brought back 200+ items. Whats the item number ?
