Hello

Would someone be able to put any light on to what this man has in his dusty hanger ? Does he still have Buchons and Spit’s? Is he even still alive? Has his stash been dispersed??

IIRC the engine was “pickled” by Connie, but during the mid-90s, the Spitfire was dragged outside and the engine fired up – first time, too.

Mark, your shot of MH415 from 1997 – looks like the engine is running. My understanding is that it has never flown since around 1972 though?

This Spitfire at the last count, several Buchons including the two place, but maybe now ‘fresh out of Mustangs’.
