Not quite an historic aircraft I know, but given the wealth of knowledge on this forum I thought I’d chance my arm.
At the University where I work (well, spend my days) we’ve got the guts of a relatively early HS125. I’ve been asked to turn this lot into a flight simulator for procedural training.
Does anyone out there have, or know of manuals or other useful stuff for the 125 ? Also of great use would be cockpit photos or drawings, especially of the sides and roof panel. We don’t have bucket-fulls of cash – be warned!
Thanks,
Roy.

Roy – Do you actually have a 125 front end then? Just curious which one she is!

Roy,
Subject to his approval, I may be able to put you in touch with an HS125 pilot who worked at Hatfield from the 1960s to the 1980s if that would help?
regards
Toby

The nose of G-ARYA came from NEWI at Wrexham – I remember it sat behind the battered Subaru I borrowed to tow it out of there on the way to London Colney eventually!

Yes, we have quite a bit on the 125.
Any idea which aircraft the parts come from. I am guessing from your location that you may have the guts from G-ARYA, the prototype. We have the cockpit section of this aircraft, which was passed to us by a college – cant remember which one though!
Come and see us – I am sure we can do something!

Talk to the DH Museum, they may have what you want in their archives.
