Hello gents
I am after infomation on the Focke-Wulf Fw-187 Falke.
This was a twin-engine ‘Zerstorer’, heavy fighter design, that from what I have read, was a far more capable design than the Messerschmitt Bf-110.
a few prototypes were built, including three pre-production Fw-187A-0’s.
These three aircraft were used to defend the Focke-Wulf company works at Bremen.
Of interest is the story of when in the winter of 1940-41 the trio were temp asigned to a Jagdstaffel in Norway, were they were said to have been much preferred to the Bf-110. But when this word got to the RLM, the three aircraft were immediately recalled.
Your help with more infomation and photos will be great.
Regards
Pioneer

Wikipedia has a nice page on the ‘187.
Google also has quite a few pages (and images) turn up (including a kit review by forum lurker Olivier Lacombe!)
