Flying the Yak-3

G’ day all 🙂 ,

I have read of Russian pilot’s, doing an intentional maneuver during a dogfight, called by their manual’s as a ” Flick turn “.

The aircraft depart’s normal flight and doe’s a horizontal tumbling maneuver! 😮

Of course not recomended doing to low to the ground 😉 .

Sound’s like great fun, and I do wonder what the Jerry’s thought we they first saw this 😮 , and MAN those Yak’s must have been blooody strong!!!

I have also read the new build Yak’s have the same problem, if flown too aggressively.

Could be a great Airshow party trick! :dev2:
