A group in Norway were restoring a TF-104G to fly, several years ago think it was an ex Canadian jet.
The Starfighters team were due to get a batch of 16 airframes from Italy, thats what a stateside newspaper had reported in May. Some for flying and some for spares (these were staying in Italy) i believe.
Thats all I can think of at the moment…

There used to be one privately being flown from a strip near the desert outside LA, it was still in it’s polished ali finish though.

I Noticed in a Wal-Mart in the US, you can buy a pretty detailed 1:18th scale toy F104!
