Any one notice that the two DC6s were at Dunsfold as shown on last nights Top gear. Thought one was up for sale?
Yes, I noticed! I think there were there for some film work.

Hi Moggy,
Thats interesting, according to G-INFO G-ASPA has a Air Transport(Passenger) CofA, but of course without seats its rather meaningless. Perhaps someone in the know might be able to elucidate.
Steve.
PS – Green with envy that you’ve been up as cargo/ballast!

I’m not sure if any seats exist for the DC6
Last time I flew in one was after a D check. All the Atlantic engineers who had worked on it (and I) went for the test flight, standing in the cargo hold. 😮
What HSE?

Hi,
Any chance of the DC6 doing pleasure flights yet? now that really would make a perfect summer.

Nice pictures Atlantic1. It was nice seeing the DH out the other day. It was also good to see the Dakota in RAF markings fly out this morning too.
Keep it up my friend 😉
