Am working on a book on the history of the Fortress I, IIA, II and III with RAF Coastal Command. The Fortress served with 220, 206 and 59 squadrons in the maritime reconnaissance role and with 519, 251 and 521 squadrons in the meteorological reconnaissance role. Wondering if any forum members have some less well known photographs in their collection – any other unpublished material would also be very welcome.
