…The Griffon! 🙂
After the many great photos of SX336 that have been posted here and on the other forums, here is a small video clip of it starting up and doing a flyby after the show, on it’s way back to North Weald. 😀
I would have had put the takeoff in too, but I botched it slightly. 😡 At least I got it O.K during the display.
Sorry for the few seconds of lens cap too, but I stupidly took my eye off the viewfinder and forgot it’s tendency to blow itself back on! 😮
Hopefully I’ll post some more footage later of the formation and solo displays.
Cheers
Paul

Sorry about that Stringbag.
Meant to say that would probably happen at sometime! 😮
Anyway, appears o.k now.
I’ll upload it to YouTube or one of those sites later.
I’m glad you all enjoyed it.
Cheers

Like the wooden Zimmer, Mark – fits in so well at Old Warden. Edwardian model perchance? 😀

‘Grey Power’
Paul,
It is comforting to see these grey haired old men, flying, maintaining…and photographing this wonderful machine.
This shot arrived in my mail box from Peter Chick. 🙂

Superb footage. Even with the lens cap and the static aeroplanes getting in the way.
It was nice to meet you and put a face to a screename.
