About 20 years ago I read in Air Classics about a guy in Amarillo Texas (Parks??) who rebuilt and re-engined T-34 Mentors. One of his creations was a 34 called “Pink Panther” for a Syrian born (I think) owner. By searching airliners.net I found this photo of the plane: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/0448766/L/
Does anyone know if this a/c operates here in Europe, and if it is seen at any shows?
