Don,

Wonderful photographs, thank you. I was aware of these when Guy showed one or two of them during our safety course at Duxford last year. Incidentally, seeing the shot of the Fairey Hendon, you might be interested to know that I am currently corresponding with a chap who was a wireless operator on the type – there can’t be too many of those still around!

Great website, have to echo Darren Harbar’s comments about the Hawker’s – beautiful aircraft, can’t wait to see them flying, or even just static. And a flying Dh.9 😮 that’ll be a beautiful sight

It so good to see this work under by such a competent team and many thanks “PM “for picking up the site. (Ref: ” Brisfit “. This contraction, although used by many now due to popular repetition , is certainly not of RFC/RAF origin. For what its worth, it was known colloquially as the “Biff” in service.)

Wow, I didn’t know they had so many Hawker projects on the go, and don’t they just look great. Thanks HAC for sharing the images and details in this way.
