turret ? FN 120 ? wellington ?

Hi All,
Tidying out, found a mod plate marked TYPE FN120, Ser 1035, I seem to recall that it ties up with a wellington X turret ?
Would this information seem right ?
And was the FN 120 the tail turret ?

The FN 120 was installed in some Wellingtons, including late Mk. Xs, but it was also in later Lancasters, too.
