…anyone care to guess what the aircraft was?
Clue: I was born in 1972 and grew up in Helston, Cornwall – oh and I now live in Newbury.

…you mean like this? YES PLEEEESE!!! I’m sure we would all love a change from the rather boring grey/white/blue scheme.

Oh my, all that day-glo….i’m not sure I can contain myself!
I’d like to get our Pembroke painted up in its old 2TAS scheme, but everyone at work thinks I have some bizzare day-glo fetish

Percival Pembroke….. as in very much the same as a Sea Prince (different wingspan… generally less Dayglo paint, apart from that identical-ish)…
…but not ours, although it should be flying very soon!
By: Arabella-Cox - 30th April 2006 at 20:15
None of those…!!
To be fair it is not exactly the same aircraft that I heard & saw today but very very very close

Obviously not a Shackleton, probably not a Nimrod.
Dragon Rapide, as used to do the flight to the Scillies?
