In Pascal Brugier’s extract of the Israeli civil aircraft register, a Curtiss P-40N is listed as being registered as 4X-ACG, presumably around 1948/49ish. The P-40 in question is P-40N-20-CU, c/n 30757 s/n 43-22828.
4X-ACG isn’t mentioned in Bill Norton’s excellent ‘Air War on the Edge’.
Does any have more information on this particular P-40?

I think you will find it is a Curtiss C-46 Construction number 30575
