I wouldn’t say the books are “RARE” – but they’re getting harder to find. Abebooks and Amazon are probably your best shots at finding a copy. Not to long ago I saw a copy of the “Stirling Files” and “The Whitley Files” on Ebay…
I found a copy of “The Lancaster Files” at Abebooks a few months back. It was well worth the price that I paid.

some good suggestions I am going to look into.

As HP57 stated, it is all down to personal taste. But I am trying to get all the “classics”, such as Sagittarius Rising and Fate is the Hunter to name two I already have.

Fighter Boys – Patrick Bishop, about the Battle of Britain – so far it’s the only book i’ve read for school work that i’ve enjoyed!

No bookshelf is long or sturdy enough to carry the ultimate aviation book collection, it’s just a matter of personal taste.

@ Whitleyfreak: You mention “The Whitley Boy´s” and “The Whitley Files” – never heared of them and amazon and abebooks also don´t turn up with any copy. Are they that rare? :confused:
