hello all
my apologies if this is common knowledge or old news, but I remember several years back reading about a static restoration of a Hurricane being done to a very high standard by one bloke somewhere in the UK. I seem to remember he had traded some airworthy parts to get the un-airworthy, but original, kennel (doghouse?) from Z7015. The fuselage was almost complete at the time of the article, and the gentleman was proceeding to working on the wings. Again, if memory serves me correctly, all, most, or some of the main structure came from recovered wrecks in Russia.
Anyways, just curious to know what became of this interesting and impressive project.
cheers

Yeh…Steve Milnthorpe and P3717, he sold it to Hawker Restorations.
