Saw a trailer on television recently, missed the name of the new cookery show something about a picnic, what caught my attention was footage of Nigel Reids lovely Moth GAAWO first with wings folded and then getting airborne. So if anyone catches the prog name please post it here as I will feast my eyes on this Moth on screen.

It’s a repeat – it was on a little while back. I think the programme was about Mrs Beaton’s cookery book and depicted a large number of folk having having an el fresco meal at Woburn eating dishes created from the old fashioned recipes. It looked to me as if they had cut together footage of this special event with some taken at the Moth Rally. The owner of ‘AWO was a guest and some air-to-air footage showed that machine. Can’t recall the precise title but I seem to recall it had Picnic in there somewhere.
