Was having a “Walter Mitty moment” this evening and scanned the aircraft for sale section on American e-bay.

The picture of 4513 looks very like a picture that I think was posted over on modern a while back of some ex Czech MiG-21s stored in Russia somewhere.

Not a very active ebay trader just one sale. I wonder if this person is acting as a go between,sometimes this happens where the actual owner pays the ebayer a finders fee on completion of the sale. I doubt that any of his for sale aviation items are in Newton Stewart(unless the US left some C130s at West Freugh after the last detachment ! )
I would be interested to see someone get in contact with him and find out where these aeroplanes are.

I would whant to get in contact and actualy see the aeroplanes. Maybe someone should do that. We have several people who are involved in collections so if ths guy does ‘check them out’ they will find they are nout just anyone.

Interesting, according to the listings the 13 non airworthy and 6 airworthy Mig21’s are located in Scotland 😮
