I’m just about to finish the Shuttleworth DVD I’m working on so as a bit of light relief I’ve posted one more clip. This one features my favourite yellow Magister as well as a clip from the “gone but not forgotten” DVD extras, the wonderful Mew Gull.

The trouble with having no commentator at shows is that far too many people will then waste their breath and time on hear whinging that the familt stood next to them were telling the kids ” its a spitfire” when its actually a magister.
Nice video Steve

🙂 But at least they don’t use a microphone and affect the whole airfield 🙂 then you can move and get away from it,loudspeakers are everywhere 😡

Oh ,can we start a home for out of work commentators and lock them in ,well away from any microphones and loudspeakers, – – – – – – please 🙂
All aircraft displayed should be seen and HEARD,thanks Steve Connor for at least giving us the option, 😀

That’s a cruel trick to play on out of work commentators!!

Some sections of the DVD will feature the airshow commentary in the background, but the DVD is designed to have no voice-over commentary so all you hear is the sounds of the aircraft.

Actually it was Des Penrose flying it, before it was sold up North!

I was waiting to see how Taff Smith got the Gull back on the deck!
Maybe he’s still up there? Anyone near OW to take a look?
(Sorry – couldn’t resist it! I’ll get me coat…)

Absolutely lovely.
Andy Sephton’s (I guess?) Spitfire display and the Mew Gull are my personal favourites – but what a cliff hanger, I was waiting to see how Taff Smith got the Gull back on the deck!
