Hi All, 🙂

I was hoping someone might be able to help me out on some research I have just begun ?

I am interested in an Air Gunner who was killed on 6-11-44. He was a member of 178 Squadron, who I believe were stationed in Italy at the time.
He is buried in Belgrade War Cemetery.

Although I have access to Bomber Command casualty information, 178 Squadron don’t come under this and I am interested in what operations they were involved in on that day, losses, aircraft etc.

Any information would be very much appreciated.

Cheers

Tim.
