Ground Crew memories

I am interested in reading about any ground crew memories from the post war period ie late forties onwards to the present, there semms to be quite a few pilots memories around but if it wasn’t for the engineers then nothing would fly would it! :rolleyes:
Can anybody point me in the direction of web sites or articles ,books etc please?
