RAF Wilhelma?

Hi,
I’m looking for any available info about an RAF station near Wilhelma, Palestine. Apparently set up in the mid 1930s, it might have been used by the Americans during WWII, although that may be a mistaken reference to nearby Lydda.
Anything about its foundation, history, units etc. would be most welcome.
