What ever happened to our master’s Bassett eh? Is it still airworthy and flying?

I fondly remember G-ASOF and G-ATDD which used to be permanently ‘beacon outbound’ in the pattern at EDI back in the early 70s.

I chartered one of those (Well a B206 actually) to take a client from Staverton to Leeds Bradford, many, many years ago.

Nice ship, though apparently an expensive nightmare to keep flying these days.

There’s a new pic on airliners.net captioned as taken at Shoreham on 29/11, so it looks like it’s still a flyer!
