Canberra to fly?

Now, the interesting part….

My spanish is not perfect, but I understand enough to know that the musuem curator that showed me to this aircraft INSISTED that this little piece of Lancashire is going to fly again…

Apparently, the NDT technicians have been in, the stress engineers have done their hand calculations, and the thing is a goer. Spares are available to keep the aircraft going in the medium term. I was not allowed into the restoration hangar to speak to the guys working there to get their feedback.

Would love to see it, but think it unlikely.
