Hi Guys
I have been working through the archives – boxes – and found some of the old long promised shots of the Beaufighters at HARS former storage facility at Scyhyville near Sydney in the 1980s and they Show many of the remains now in the UK including both – A19-144 and A19-148 along with the Mk21 HARS still have and the one which went to the RAAFM – A real little aladins cave it was – included in surrounding rubble are a Boomerang , Wirraways , a Sabre and tons of Mossie parts – It was quite a site as well as the Ganet now at Queensland Air Museum – Appologies for the quality -t I had a crappy camera and no light to work with then
I have also put in a crash shot of A8-129 in PNG and a shot of the Moorabin aircraft when it was outside at the museum in the 1980s
Kindest regards

Hi Beaufighter VI
Great shot of the Mk21 – Dennis Baxter looks preoccupied !!
Shot must have been taken either at the start or the end as theres no way you could move when the sheds were full – let alone take that Pic!!

Hi Ollie up the top of the page you will notice search botton – press it and type in Beaufighter and many many threads on Beaus will open up to you including discussions and pics of the Skysport project – suffice to say it is a pretty complete set of bits based around a former RAF airframe.
