I am looking for the rules on registering a historic aircraft (warbird) on the French Aviation Authority Register (DGAC)
I seem to rember being told that this is now not possible which is why the Mk19 Spitfire is UK registerd but based in France.
Any help would be much apreciated.

Surely you would be better off going directly to the Direction Générale de l’ Aviation Civile (French Civil Aviation Authority) www.dgac.fr rather than a bunch of enthusiasts, however fabulously knowledgeable they are?

PS890 was only temporarily registered in the UK and is now F-AZJS on the French register.
