Aviation architecture, what was this buildings purpose?

After our successful building of a memorial at Hunsdon earlier this year, our attention has shifted to the former RAF Sawbridgeworth where we are planning the Memorial to this airfield.
In Shingle hall farm where the technical site for the airfield was, there is a rather tall building, it still retains traces of paint, question is what was this buildings use on the airfield?. It looks far too tall for a fire/crash tender garage, and we have already indentified the Parachute drying store, so it cant be that. anyone have a clue what this type of building was?.
edit: obviously the lean-to on the front is not an original structure.

Hi Denis,

Used for all fabrics from Bed Linen, Uniform, tablecloths, tents et all depending on the holding of the store for the parent and satellite sites.

Only fabrics not stored here were the impregnated gas clothing and parachutes.

Two votes for a fabric store! thank you both. By fabric store would this have been used to store the fabric to cover the airframes?.

At the bottom left of Page 56 of ‘British Military Airfield Architecture’ by Paul Francis there is a photograph of a ‘Fabric Store’ at Framlingham from almost the same angle as your first photo. Looks almost identical.

Looks like the Main Stores.

The larger building is the Fabric store.

Too many windows for an AML Bombing Teacher or a Hunt Turret Trainer.

The Airfield Plan from the RAF Museum will confirm.
